My money have "Account Level Reserve" status more that MONTH!

All of my funds are in "Account Level Reserve" more than month. More than 5k$. For now must be eligible for withdrawal around 3000$
Please check my account and let me make a withdrawal.
I need to pay to my suppliers.
I already contacted seller support but there was no solution.

I looked at your account and what I can see is that you were deactivated for violation of our section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
When accounts are deactivated, funds are held until the deactivation is address, you may request your disbursements via an appeal process, however generally you have to wait 90 days before you can do that.
At this time, you will need to follow the directions our partner team has provided in the e-mail sent to you on July 8th, labeled "Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated". You can also check your Account Health Dashboard and performance notifications for more insight as well.
