video interview for funds disbursement has been completed but no update after that

on 1st july My interview has been completed for funds disbursement after 90 days completion and its been 9 working days yet and i have not received any update yet. i was told withing 5 working days you will get a response. can any one from support team give me an update? i tried calling account health team but they have no clue
