How can I link my carrier account to my seller account?

Hi guys,

Honestly, I thought it was easy to do that since you have to select a carrier in your preferences then go to “Manage your carrier account” and click on your carrier to link it. The problem is “Manage your carrier account” doesn’t show me any carrier at all, so is there any other way to do that? or Did I miss something to do
Perhaps, my carrier will appear there once I create my order and I’ll buy a shipment?
