Safe-T denied reimbursing Outbound and Return shipping fee

Safe-T denied reimbursing Outbound and Return shipping fees for reason "You were charged for the prepaid return label costs in accordance to Prepaid Return" however we normally get reimbursed for the Outbound and Return shipping costs under Amazons "Automated Returns" program and Refund at First Scan [RFS] As a 3rd party seller, we have the option to refund or not refund the outward shipping. this is under https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201650140

Safe-T provide reference to the following link as justification for denying these valid claims, however this link https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/202103400 - only refers to the Cost of return shipping charges - there is no relevant policy contained here for Buyer bearing cost of Outbound and Return shipping charges.

Safe-T seem out of their depth here are not providing any valid reason for denying these claims, which according to Amazon 3rd part seller policy are 100% valid
