Recycling of packaging materials

Good afternoon,

I am planning to import a self-produced board game from China to Germany. I have created a listing for the product, but Amazon has blocked it due to the absence of a LUCID number. Companies that import goods in cardboard boxes into Germany are required to pay for the recycling of those cardboard boxes.

My question is: do I need to pay for the recycling of the shipping boxes that will be delivered to the Amazon warehouse, or does this only apply to the game box itself?
