Not getting all of my reserve?

We have been having some serious troubles with reserve these past 3 months, and as we dig further and further it just keeps getting worse. All the while Amazon is refusing to give us a straight answer as to why so much is being held so often.

I will start off by saying that this month has been slower for us than normal, so you would expect a lower reserve amount right? Wrong. We've been pretty consistently having thousands of dollars go into reserve even though we've only had 11 returns all year. This is the second pay period in a row that we have put more than 200% of what we've earned in sales into the reserve, and we don't even get 40% of the reserve from the previous pay period back.

I understand the point of account level reserve, I understand the math of it (trust me, I've done enough dealing with amazon in the past 3 months), and I actually agree with the principle. But again, we've hade ELEVEN returns ALL YEAR, and taking and holding money from the previous reserves makes ZERO sense. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello there @Seller_lNpjjN0lTHFUe

My name is CR and wanted to reach out and see if I could get you some additional information here.

From your above post, it sounds like you understand the need for Account Level Reserves and the reasons why funds are held. The link above does a good job of explaining this further as well.

It sounds like you have opened a case with Seller Support on this? If that is true, would you mind sharing the case # below and I'd be happy to review your issue in more detail there and read through any correspondence provided up to this point.

I'll hang tight here for your reply.
