Items not fulfillable because of warehouse damage
Hi everyone, I’m a newbie (handmade stuff) at this so hoping someone can help. Just checked my FBA inventory and there is a removal notice on one of the items saying it is unfulfillable because of warehouse damage? Bit confused. These were in stock, undamaged as far as I am aware, and selling 4 weeks back. In addition I sent a “top up” amount 2 weeks ago…which has been unpacked and processed. Should I assume the whole batch (existing and newly supplied ones are damaged) Reluctant to create a removal order until I understand this… hope someone can offer any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Amazon do damage stock from time to time and it should show the number damaged. They will reimburse you in due course. I had an £80 book damaged around 10 days ago and they have since compensated me. I won’t get the item back since it now belongs to Amazon.
