Amazon Relabeled our items with incorrect labels ==> destroying our reviews and listing in the process
Amazon relabelled our products out of the blues, with incorrect labels, destroying our business in the process… now we are smashed with very high NCIX customer performance, and some listing are suspended.
Customers sent us pictures about those products, all relabeled by amazon FBA.
We never asked amazon to relabel, and every time we contact them they say “nothing is wrong”, but they are surely not checking much things… then 2 days later “another issue”.
WHy is amazon so incompetent regarding that ? Their own mistake, they refuse to handle it.

You need to suspend the listing and ask for a bin check.

We had this happen in the USA to one particular product, it absolutely destroyed it as every sale resulted in a return. We had a bin check and Amazon sent photos of the incorrect labelling showing the labels as Amazon’s (different size and font to ours) and blamed us, as per usual it is never Amazon’s fault. It was lucky the item affected was almost out of stock, in our case we just wore the loss and closed the listing as it would have cost too much to have the stock returned to us.
If this is what happens to you, and a lot of products are affected, your best option may be to remove and relabel the stock or else use a FBA prep centre to do it for you.
