There have been booksellers that have tried or still do sell used books FBA. although it's not really suitable for books.
I wouldn't have thought any have itemised invoices for what they send in.

Yes they would. The same requirements exist for both, although when speaking of Books Amazon doesn't usually question authenticity as often.
I'd be very wary. Amazon customers don't read details at the best of times. I'm sure that if something was FBA, people would assume it was new.
