Amazon 360 Program
Has anybody been offered the amazon 360 program.
It is invitation only, i am wondering if anyone has any experience with it. Is it worth doing? We have been invited but we need to pay £1400 per month for 6 months.
Thanks

I could not bring myself to pay so much money for a something they should already be providing.
They offer no assistance if your account has any issues.

It has been 3 months since the topic was created. Is there any seller who can give us any feedback on this program?

We decided to go ahead with the 360 program. We thought we would try it after being invited…why not!
You get a personal account manager, they look at everything. Optimization of product pages, reports on growth, what areas you can improve and how to do it. Target profit increases, optimization of ads, when and how to use them best. Its all about creating a very strong and established brand on Amazon one which amazon customers trust and come back to time after time.
You also have premium seller support. They answer much quicker and fix issues much quicker.
We are now looking into Pan EU fulfilment to increase sales which our account manager helps with.

Please do I am interested in this.
I deduced that it may be worth it if a seller has their own brand that they are trying to build. If like me you sell well known branded items then it was unlikely to be useful.
It would be good to know if I was right or wrong.

we joined 3 monhs ago, massivley regret it, complete waste of money.
get a few reports run off and sent to you, majority of which are available from seller central anyway and really not a lot else. certainly nothing specific or targetted to us specifically

I got asked for the 3rd time to join it. I asked if they had reduced their ridiculous charges and had changed the programme so that it offered assistance beyond the awful service that Seller Support offer.
He sounded a bit surprised and mumbled that we understand the programme might not be suitable for all.
