Why is amazon messing up my catalog?

Amazon is creating SKU's and selling them as used - please see photo. It makes my catalog look a mess and reviewing inventory so much harder. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong in my settings?

First of all it is Amazon's catalogue, not yours !!

Amazon will not create SKUs - that is something that you can assign to your inventory when you list your items, and the condition is also down to you, am sure Amazon will not create spurious condition.

Just out of interest - do you have a BUSINESS seller account ? - because if you only have an individual account (not individual selling plan) then you can only sell used items, not new.

I get the same. I think they are customer returns that Amazon put back into your FBA stock but as packaging is not A1 condition Amazon list AS NEW

It looks like you are onboarded in the "grade and resell" program

Hello @Seller_hPi9Z4OO2ZG0T,

Were you able to get to the bottom of this? Is it as @Seller_EHcsm3BRJeoc3 mentioned, that you are in "grade and resell"?
