Recently my account was deactivated for not having enough identity information, I received an email explaining to upload the proper documents that were missing onto Amazon seller. It has been a week now since I’ve upload all necessary documents and my account is still deactivated. I’ve gotten no help or no email stating whether I need to upload more documents or if the documents I uploaded aren’t good. It’s very unfortunate as I haven’t even been able to make my first sale yet So I don’t understand why I even got deactivated in the first place. please can anyone help I just want to be able to try to make my first sale
I’ve uploaded everything needed I have not been told if I’m missing something or need to do anything else to reactivate it’s just been crickets from amazon.
You will need to wait until you get a response. I recommend you use the time until then to read forum posts and/or visit Amazon seller university.
