I am FBA seller but when I check eligibility for featured offer then the message shows (Currently, you’re not eligible to be the Featured Offer for this product). This message shows all of my Asin's when I check. I sent inventory to Amazon 20 days ago.

I have lost the Featured offer / Buy box most of my products. Suddenly the the buy box of all of our FBA product I recommended has disappeared, and I don't know why. I continue to send goods and maintain good account health. I would greatly appreciate it if Amazon could send my case to the featured quotation team and please reply to me. Normally Prime products gets buy box but since last month cheapest one ate getting buy box. I am talking about all the items which i send to fba.

I started selling on amazon two months ago and I still didn't get featured offer. My sale is zero. All my ASINs are showing '' See all buying Options''. I'm not getting any orders. I have contacted amazon and they repeatedly sending me same mail that my ASINs are not eligible to be featured offer. I am doing fba. Kindly guide me.
