Dear Amazon, hello. My store was suspended on September 27, 2024. On November 27, 2024, I received a notification from Amazon that I could appeal my funds and complete virtual identity verification. I completed virtual identity verification on December 10, 2024. Later, I contacted Amazon and they said that I needed to resolve the TRO issue in order to resume payment. On May 9, 2025, the plaintiff officially withdrew the lawsuit, but when I opened my store, the payment policy still showed that the funds were being withheld. I sincerely request the Amazon team to help handle my issue. What should I do to pay my fees normally? Thank you and I would like to pay my respects
