My account has been deactivated for several months due to incorrect invoice documents, after sending in the correct ones no one from Amazon has responded. Just got automated computer responses, i need to talk to a human representative and when i try to look for the number it just says to send a text. This is completely unfair, i am new seller and the money is just bleeding me dry. Who can i talk to please. I have even said i would stop selling the products on the USA account and just go back to my UK account but no response. please help
We are experiencing a similar situation. Deactivated since November and despite providing a complete paper trail demonstrating the authenticity of our goods, Amazon keep rejecting our appeals.
The account health people are worse than useless. "You've got a problem with your supplier invoice, but we can't tell you what it is because we can't talk to the deactivation team."
We are going down the mediation route and if that fails, we will be going to court.
Amazon are either dishonest, incompetent or both.
Time to sell through other channels.
Amazon doesnt like you sending things in incorrectly, rarely give second chances but if this is an issue with your USA account you should post on that forum
