SFP Delays - anyone having the same issues?

Hoping the Mods can help, although probably hoping far too much! - and Mods seem to be ignoring most things lately on the Forums, where they used to try and assist, with hands tied behind their backs.
With SFP - as many know you MUST ship using Amazon specified couriers, so we have no choice, yet SFP are being penalised by losing the Buy Box, and/or showing a delivery many days after the estimated delivery date provided by the courier. Even though all shipped on time, this is due to a few parcels being delayed in transit and taking 2 days, rather than Next Day, something a Seller has no control over.
Example, Buying an item Thursday evening 17 October (which we assume will be up to orders to the cut-off point on 18 October), is saying a Prime delivery is estimated to be delivered on Tuesday 22 October! - obviously putting Buyers off, and losing the Buy Box to other Sellers, especially losing out to FBA Sellers.
On FBA, Amazon nearly always show a 1-day delivery, as if their delivery services are 100% perfect - even though their couriers are also often late, so FBA Sellers are not penalised in the same way as SFP Sellers.
It shows on the Stats in the last 30 days, the 2 couriers, were slightly worse than usual, but still nearly 95% were delivered in 1 day, and the rest the day after, so at most, Amazon could show delivery in 1 to 2 days (or as they know the under performing Postcode areas, only show as 2 day to those Postcodes and 1 day still to all others).
If ordering up to Friday 18 October, 95% or more, will likely be delivered on Saturday 19 October, then the rest on Sunday 20 October. Therefore, why do Amazon estimate as far away as Tuesday?
Royal Mail deliver on Saturday, but also Sunday (so at most it should have shown that as the delivery date). They also deliver on Monday, so none should be as far away as Tuesday.
MODS: Have Amazon not updated to show RM deliver on a Sunday for Tracked 24 services?
DPD deliver on Saturday, and it is rare for DPD to have had any not be on time, but even so, again they may deliver on a Sunday, and will definitely deliver on a Monday.
How are Sellers able to control deliveries, as such, why penalised?
At most Amazon could show 1 to 2 day delivery dates, so in this example 19 to 20 October. Why show Tuesday of next week, as none will be that late.
Mods, it would be nice to get this fixed for all SFP Sellers.
ALSO, as FBA also have late deliveries, and other issues, why aren't SFP and FBA orders counted the same as if the Seller has 100% positive of everything. So, both equally gaining any Buy Box as long as shipped on time.

However, our issue now, is only 92.1% of Royal Mail deliveries were delivered on time, and 97.6% of DPD deliveries were delivered on time. Not good, I agree, but nothing a Seller can do anything about. (longer term: DPD are usually over 96% on time, RM varies, but 91.7% in the last 12 months).
We have no control over deliveries, and in reality 100% of shipments were on time. We cannot use any other couriers, under Amazon terms and sometimes Amazon show we have to use DPD, even though more expensive and sell at a loss if necessary, as RM not available to that Buyer (previously infomed a Postcode issue, RM delivering too late to too many from that Depot).

When are Amazon SFP going to add other couriers, as some may be better than RM.
SFP Couriers are:
(a) Amazon own courier = not available in our area .
(b) Evri (Hermes UK) = Available for some time in our area, we used them for a few parcels as a trial, but a very high percentage were not delivered on time, so we did not use Evri, unless no other option. Evri availability now removed from Buy Shippng for SFP, as we did not use them regularly (Evri had caused us a problem previously, due to so many being delivered late, so since not used, far fewer issues with DPD and RM).
(c) Royal Mail = Collection each day, all sent on time (even though wrojgly says 1 late, but no impact, other than it was delivered late). Problem is Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed 1 day delivery, it is just an estimate, but Amazon do not treat it as such.
(d) DPD = generally excellent, this last 30 days, all show as shipped on time, but not all delivered on time, last month was similar.

ANY SUGGESTIONS, everyone else having similar issues?
Mods = Can you get Amazon to update to show RM deliver on a Saturday and Sunday. As such even if a day late, it could show 1 to 2 day delivery as most were delivered in 1 day.

Any other SFP Sellers having this issue when RM are delivering late, so Amazon then show SFP as being delivered in several days time, not just a day later (this seems to be mainly an issue from Thursday, over a weekend).
Example now, SFP, so we have to ship by Friday 1 November. It shows estimated delivery on the Amazon UK website as next Tuesday 5 November! - which of course puts Buyers off buying from us, and loses the Buy Box on many items.
If the item is a larger item, then we ship DPD, and nearly all arrive the day after, so that would be Saturday 2 November.
If we send Royal Mail, the majority will also be delivered Saturday 2 November, but at the latest, they will be delivered Sunday 3 November.

(RM say Tracked 24 is a 1 to 2 day delivery, and Amazon should not count like a SD service as they do).
