Lost Feature Offer Eligibility

Feature Offer Eligibility is changed to NO for all categories for FBM. My account is good standing, If it possible, I would like to request my Featured Offer Eligibility to be reviewed by support? I already contacted Seller Support and the case ID is 15720401641.
