NEED HELP, denied for months ungating
I have tried for months now to ungate a brand from which I have LOA, invoices (different ones from different suppliers), I sell in this niche for a long time however it's almost impossible to add new brands. I get the same answer over and over again and being denied.
I do not think someone actually is looking at the case but rather is a robotic answer.
Latest case: 18127249361
Can someone please help me?
All details match exactly my business, LOA allows me to sell on amazon, the suppliers are authorized suppliers. What am I missing?

Is the LOA from the brand, signed by a named employee of the brand, for sales on Amazon in a specific geographic market?
Or, did the brand assign you a selling role via Brand Registry?

Good Afternoon @Seller_i1X7JNbiCUpnb,
I reviewed CASE ID 18127249361 and the support staff mentioned: "The provided documents cannot be accepted. We currently do not accept retail receipts for this product type. Submit an invoice from your manufacturer, distributor, or your supplier."
I'd recommend ensuring you meet the sourcing guidelines -->HERE<-- and invoicing guidelines -->HERE<--
@Seller_LVZcgxAgZ2xBv stole my thunder a little bit here (thanks for setting us up for success @Seller_LVZcgxAgZ2xBv), but Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. A letter of authorization is a valuable addition if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
If you have a relationship with the brand/publisher, you can to be added as an authorized 3rd party reseller through Brand Registry (but the brand has to add you on their end). Once that has occurred you can attempt to list again and if you still have any issues reach out to support letting them know you are now in the brand's Brand Registry approved list.
Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach back out if you have any further questions or concerns about this policy. Have a lovely rest of your afternoon.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
