Account deactivated from last 2 months and no help from account health

My Account has been deactivated from last 2 months and we have provided every information and proofs that were asked for. All we keep receiving is the same standard message every time. This is absolutely appalling and it just shows how Amazon is just playing up with the businesses by hiding behind Section 3 and taking our stock and monies. I would like to now go ahead and file a legal complaint as this can't keep going as one way street with them. Can anyone provide any contact or email address where we can send formal complaint?
