We recently faced a significant issue with our Amazon UK account and inventory management.
Over the past six months, our account was inactive due to VAT Verification and Business Information Verification processes. We fully complied with Amazon’s requirements, and both issues were resolved. As of now, our account is active again.
However, we discovered that approximately 50 ASINs now show 0 inventory in our Seller Central account. Upon further investigation, we found that Amazon UK has removed this inventory without any prior notification or warning and is currently selling these products directly under "Dispatched by Amazon" and "Delivered by Amazon."
Since our account was inactive during the verification process, we had no ability to manage or adjust the inventory. This unilateral auto-removal is unjust and violates Amazon’s own policies of fair communication and transparency.
We are requesting the following:
A clear explanation of why the inventory was removed without notice.
Restoration of the removed inventory or appropriate compensation.
Assurance that similar actions will not occur without prior communication in the future.
If anyone has faced a similar issue, we would appreciate your advice or insights. Thank you for your support!
Hello @Seller_NyvhuRxd8b3Hn,
I noticed you've already created a post about this issue here: All FBA Inventory has disappeared (FBA inventory is now showing as 0 in FBA inventory on seller central)
I'll be closing this thread as a duplicate. If you have any updates, feel free to add them as comments to your original post.
Best regards,
Ezra
