paymnt released but not credited in bank
i am having issue with the payment transfer as the payment was initiated on 10 July 2024 but still not credited to my bank accounts. I have raised a complaint as they are saying that from amazon the amount was successfully transferred and they told me to call bank so i called bank and they told me that there is no transfer from my account and any amount hold. can anyone help me.
as i have again transferred initiated transaction but still no amount yet credited to my account.
so if anyone knows about any issue with this and how to solve this please let me know

i have too experienced the same but don't worry it will be credited to your account. It may take 6 to 7 business days.

Similar issue happen with me few months back, and all payment release together after almost a month.
Initiated multiples cases and complains but no clue and after getting payment i got update that these were hold for internal screening/review ..
These hold payment impacted my liquidity, so i opt to change deposit payment method and its fix my ongoing payments. Suggest to change payment method to cater ongoing payments till receipt of backlog
However all stuck payment release after one months.
