Trasparency Codes Printing

I enrolled my brand in the Transparency program and selected Label Type 2 with in-house printing. However, I am unsure how to print the labels since each label is different from the FNSKU type. Do we need any special software for this? Or do we need a special type of printer? I have a thermal printer and another standard printer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't use it since I already pay enough in fees. Maybe some sellers that do use it can give you a working answer.
