Can you please move case ID 18031141031 along for me? It's been escalated to Leadership awhile back and it's just not moving. It's not a complicated request, but certainly isn't getting the attention it needs.
I wouldn't normally request your involvement, however it is now Impossible for me to follow up on this case. The email reply option was taken away (as it often is after a number of back-and-forths), but the Chat and Phone options ALWAYS say they are Unavailable. In the morning, Unavailable, in the afternoon, Unavailable, in the evening, Unavailable. Been like this for days and first time I've seen that.

Thanks for posting here. Case 18031141031 has been open for 13 days, and isn't eligible for escalation at this time. I would recommend giving the team more time to review and provide updates.
If you see that the case resolves later and still need help, let me know here and I'll look into seeing what options exist for escalation.
