Getting no response from community-help@amazon.com
Is anyone else having this problem? I have a review which I think is fraudulent. Unlike feedback, which you can comment on, there seems to be nothing a seller can do about a review except email the community-help address.
I have emailed them 5 times now over the last 2 weeks about this review and have not had a single reply. Is this what is to be expected from Amazon help these days?

they will almost NEVER remove a review, unless it's a review warning buyers of fake review and hijacked listings

Yes, they are quite the joke. They are bringing my reviews into the negative because Community-help is a joke. I've emailed them for an entire month with ZERO responses.
