Downloading VTR report help!
Hi, I am trying to download a VTR report but it wont open! all I get is a blank Excel page (non comercial). any tips? TIA. Ian.

As it is downloaded as a csv file, you need to open Excel (or other software) first and from there browse to open the file, don’t just double click the file in windows explorer.

Is it blank because you have no invalid items?

Click on Dowload report
You will see a Processing message
Then a pop up will appear like this
However, it depends on which browser you are using?

Thank you people all for your time, your couple of minutes has probably saved me hours. My VTR is 75% and was worried as i thought i had been using Hermes for all parcels but some Royal mail ones are still holding me back, hopefully up to 100% shortly. Worrying times for all smaller sellers. (not to mention the cost of buying Excel this morning, another £80 I could spend better elsewhere!)

I’ve been trying out Softmaker Office and I actually prefer it to MS Office in many respects.
Doesn’t have so many bells and whistles but it’s fine for most tasks…and it’s free and not full of nagware!
