New to amazon add product
Hi I’m new to amazon seller and I’ve ordered stock to my house, but it still doesn’t let me post anything on add product. Do I have to pay the £30 a month to start accessing the add product?

No you do not have to pay the monthly Pro fee to add a product, you can be on the Individual Selling Plan, ie. you pay an extra smaller fee per item sold. This is probably the best until your level of sales build up to more then 34 per month, when it would be financially better to upgrade to the Pro plan.
BUT, has your seller account been fully verified ? - you will not be able to sell until every aspect of you and your account has been checked and verified.

Thank you, but I don’t mind paying the monthly fee. I’d just like to know if I have to pay that to start adding products to my seller central.

Are you approved in the category you are trying to add products to?
