Help,help,help... Amazon took my money with wrong data

Amzon changed my product size to make the storage volume over 100 times.They took my money with wrong product size.

We request they take actions to correct the wrong data. Yes, they did after they took time more than one month.

But, they don't return my money back. The cases has been created more than 2 months but keep outstanding. The wrong payment is still there.

How can we do? We are small business. But they hold our big money with illegally. Please help… Thank you!

if its wrong get them to do a remeasurement of your listing and they will remeasure the size and weight. then if its found to be smaller than what is estimated they should give you a refund for that.
