VTR Issue Again 14th January
Anyone else had shipments marked as invalid on their VTR overnight??
Overnight we have had nearly 100 shipments marked as invaild, when 100% of the labels have been purchased via buy shipping.
Opened a case with support now have to wait and see what pointless pre-typed response we get.
I think this may be the final nail in the coffin to depart from this farcical site

I have just spoken to account health who say it is a glitch that they are working on now & we don't need to do anything. I don't think my nerves can stand it!

just read the vtr page AND IT NO LONGER SAYS BUY SHIPPING WILL BE EXEMPT.

Same Issue here, keep getting emails titled 'Your Valid Tracking Rate is below 95%' hopefully it's just a glitch and fixed automatically.

Same here. My VTR dropped from 99% to 78% overnight.
Because of that, my premium next-day delivery has been affected and removed by Amazon. (Delivery time shows on all my listings, which have been pushed further by a week; this is really affecting my sales.)
Now they require a Plan of action to reinstate my premium delivery option, which is shocking.

We are exactly the same. Been buying Shipping from Amazon (which I was assured would keep my VTR correct). Never changed a thing which has been working perfectly. Normal VTR hovers around 100% now dropped to 68% overnight with no warning. Someone(thing) made a technical error which results in chaos for some. Added to this, I see Keir Starmer wants our country to be run by AI and bots. Best of luck with that!

We have to buy RM Large Letter through Amazon Shipping and VTR gone from 100% to 91.7% and dropping rapidly.
Has Amazon VTR gone wrong again or have Amazon changed the policies again.
Have we now got to buy fully Tracked Parcels even for Large Letters.
Looks like Amazon is going to be very expensive for buyers if we have to send Large Letters as fully Tracked. It will double the price of alot of products on Amazon.

Yes I would not have noticed unless it was pointed out. I was 100% yesterday & now 8 of 12 orders affected, BTR rate now 66.67% with s warning triangle.
