Safe T claim denied due to eligibility window
I have received 9 returned order's with empty box within two months which the items total cost is 9775.85 AED but my safe t claim has been denied due to eligibility window policy So this policy means that the seller should be file a claim within 7 day’s from the last scan of returned but I have an issue that my all returned to sellers (RTN) orders cannot eligible for file a claim before 21 days. I am asking since 56 days regularly from seller support different departments that I have an issues when I want to file a claim that there is showing a below message
As per proactive reimbursement policy, you will receive a reimbursement after 21 days from the refund issued date. Since 21 days have not passed from the date this order was refunded, this order right now is not eligible for SAFE-T claim.

Why your claim was not filed within 7 calendar days .
So I have taken a 21 screenshots of everyday and circle the time and dates in screenshots that order IDs was not eligible within 7 days then What could I do? So as per record I have contacted more than 73 times within 56 days regularly about this issue that I cannot file a claim for all returned orders but the uae seller support teams failed to solve this issue and didn’t respond till today but unfortunately I have stopped the selling due to this issues.
Simple is that my returned orders doesn’t eligible for file a safe t claim within 7 days and showing messages that try after 21 days when I try to claim after 21 days that claim is denied due to 7 days reason, why was not filed a claim within 7 day’s. If someone have this issue please help me, I am very disappointed from Amazon team that how they cannot resolve this issue within two months

same issue with me customer open the box, change the order products and send back to us when I try to file a safe claim the same issue again and again

We are facing the same issue. System didn't allow to upload the claim till 21 days after refund, and once it allowed, claim was denied due to eligibility window.
Extremely shoddy experience. Seller support is unable to help as they keep sending the same copy paste responses on this
