Restricted categories for EFN
Does anyone know what the restricted categories for EFN are? I can’t find anything mentioned on any help topics.
I’m UK based and selling soft drinks, but being told "Export restrictions prevent this product from being sold in the selected country. If eligibility changes for this ASIN, it will automatically be added to Remote Fulfillment. There is currently blanket business/transport restrictions on the category, we will not be removing these restrictions. ‘’

Frankly, I don’t think it’s actually based on categories at all.
I have a single product, with a variation in colour. One of which is fine and the other getting the same message as yourself. Literally the only difference is that one is yellow (ok to send) and the other black.
I have escalated it as far as possible and still can’t get a straight answer from them.
