I was contacted by Amazon to start selling via FBA fulfillment in the US.

Its been quite successful and I am now looking for the best way forward regarding income/corporation tax.

Is anyone else involved in this and if so can you recommend an advisor who understands the law.

Primarily, I need to know if I have to, by law register a company in the US or can I use the tax treaties to fulfill my tax responsibility.
