Creating a shipment for next month
I have never had any issues with my storage capacity and now suddenly I do? I have always have at least triple the needed space. Did I miss something? Anyways I am trying to create a shipment for delivery next month and am not able to because this month I am over suddenly over the new given capacity for this month. My shipments take 1-3 month to arrive after I order and need to supply my suppliers with labels and FBA destinations when I order to get pricing quotes etc. My capacity for next month is double the allotted amount so I should have plenty of space. How can I get around this issue? I should add that my sell through rate and inventory scores etc are all really good. Thank you!

Hi @Seller_ghq6pfOlJL6WC,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here! Just checking in with you, has there been any updates to your storage capacity since posting?
Please know that your capacity limit is influenced by your IPI score, as well as other factors such as historical sales volume, seasonal and peak selling periods for your products, forecasts for your ASINs, the new selection that you carry, deals that you’ve scheduled, fulfillment center capacity, and shipment lead time.
For more information on this process and to request more capacity, please reference the following help pages:
I hope this helps clarify! If you have any additional questions or need further assistance with this, please just let me know.
All the best,
Jameson
