Listings active with no stock

Has anyone had this? Have a few listings that I sent stock, instead of it being zero with the little drop down box which says if its reserved or inbound etc. it is just a flat 0 but is active. Have added some examples below.

 For me this normally happens on a multi box shipment where some boxes have been received but the stock you are looking at is in a box that has yet to be received. 
 When a shipment is partly received it really messes with the inbound figures and stock ends up being zero with no drop down and active. 
 There maybe other reasons but this is normally the case for me
