Refusal to accept verification documents
Hello all !
i have a virtual UK LTD Company amazon has deactivated my account accordance to sec 3 code of conduct. and says to reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
– A business license if applicable
– A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service. As my personal residential details are from my home country that is Pakistan. I have tried to submit multiple documents (Electricity Bill) to verify my address but keep getting refused. I don’t know how to resolve this issue. please help me in this regard really appreciated.

As a ltd, you need to ensure that your name and residential address is on the account under the beneficial owner section
the utility bill needs to match this exactly
you also need to ensure the credit card on file is valid
If planning on UK FBA, you will also need to register for UK VAT

yeah I ensured the credit card is valid because amazon has charges its monthly subscription.
Do I submit Electricity Bill of my home country which is Pakistan as i have registered a virtual LTD company in UK .

It looks like you have verification issues on your selling account. Kindly note the documents requested by the performance team are in compliance with the requirements mentioned below:
- Please confirm you have a valid credit card.
- Please provide the following documents:
- A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, or internet service with name and address clearly visible.
- Make sure the above files are in .pdf, .png, or .gif format.
If any of the bills are available in your family member’s name, kindly provide a relationship proof like a govt. issued ID with address.
These documents must be authentic and unaltered, and the name and address on the document must match the name and address you provided during registration.
There must be some information that was missing or not similar to seller central details or the document was not valid. When a bill is rejected it cannot be resubmitted, because it has already been rejected previously. In these cases, there are different bills that you can submit, such as:
Piped gas
Natural gas
Electricity
Mobile phone
Fixed-line phone
Internet service
You can also raise a case through the help section of the seller central.
