Amazon refunding buyer with no rhyme or reason?

Had a couple of recent buyers who have been refunded without opening a case or asking questions.

Asked Amazon why they have been refunded and they cannot answer, keep getting a weekly email for a month now saying:

"We can understand your request on invoice query for (ORDER_ID)

It is observed that there is a delay that's causing discomfort.

Get to know that research is still pending in this regard and we will be sure to update you on the progress of these investigations as soon as we have additional information.

Also be aware that Amazon is monitoring this closely and we will look on to produce valuable insights in a quick manner.

To help us continually improve, we ask that you take a moment to complete our survey below to tell us about your experience with this specific interaction."

Surely you can understand the 'discomfort' caused to Amazon bots and employees, when they are giving your money and stock away! These poor bots and employees, probably lie awake all night, crying over the loss of your money and stock! Please try to be a little more understanding, especially at this joyous time of year!
