EFN listings all inactive
I was added onto the EFN pilot this week and advised to use Build International Listings to sync my listings across to the European marketplaces. The listings were synced but everyone one of them is showing as “inactive out of stock” on the European marketplaces despite stock being located in the UK.
According to the EFN team, I am definitely enrolled on the program as I now have EFN reports available on my account. SC have also been unable to help as they don’t seem familiar with EFN for some reason.
Does anyone know why my listings will all be showing as inactive and how I can fix?
Thanks!

My email from them states it starts in March - is that the same for you or are you on an earlier trial ?

Have you managed to fix it? I enabled EFN early this morning, now worried after seeing your post.

I think it probably depends which category you are selling into.
We sell across multiple categories, some of our ASINs are enabled, others not. We are finding that NO clothing is enable for EFN yet. I’ve asked Seller Support when they will be enabled and their best answer is to check back weekly to see if they are enabled.
Hope this helps.

There’s a separate report in manage pan European inventory you need to download then select which eligible skus you want to sell. Upload that report back to seller central. It takes a couple hours to work.
The build international listing is playing up with syncing the SKU so I found removing the connections and starting again a few times worked.
Only some SKUs are eligible. Alot of mine aren’t because of import and export restrictions but think that will be changing.
I’m on the pilot program if anyone is wondering.
I’ve had a few sales but the fees and shipping cost aren’t allowing me to be competitive on pricing.

It is now 3-30-22 has anyone had any solutions to the issue? I have this exact problem with no success.
Please let me know if there was an outcome to this.
Thanks

This is my exact dilemma. I am based in Italy and sell across Europe. My EU listings are active and FBA fulfilled but my listings in the UK are inactive. A fellow seller who sells the same product and is based in the UK has their product active and available for purchase in EU but my products are not available in the UK. It’s strange, my inventory count is still 0 and so my listings are inactive in the UK but it seems the problem is selective rather than general

I have same issue, I’ve been informed by one of the account managers that some commodities are not allowed due to high return rates. I was setup up to sell from UK warehouse to EU buyers. The only solution for me was to take the next step and go vat registered for all EU regions. That way Amazon will store your products in Eu warehouses and dispatch locally. I hope this helps.

I am trying to set up EFN and understand that Amazon is rolling this out over the next couple of months. However, I just want to ensure I haven’t missed anything so have a quick question please.
I have enrolled in EFN from UK to EU and enabled export settings.
When I build international listings the international listings are all inactive and out of stock like others here have reported. However, in each target marketplace under BILs, it is telling me to send/replenish out of stock inventory for all listings.
Shouldn’t it be using my UK inventory? Does anyone else have the same thing in BILs?
Thanks.
