I have brand approval yet cannot become ungated

I have brand approval and have provided the email thread as both a .png and .pdf yet my application is constantly being rejected for ungating the brand?

I don’t understand why this would be the case? And how can I get around this? Does the ‘approval’ have to say a particular thing in order for it to pass the checks?
