FBA small parcel shiping Method

Hi,

I've been searching in all of the ASC site but I still cannot find the correct info. Would anyone advise where I can find the 3rd party billing information and specific partnered carrier account#, such as UPS ..etc? Does this info apply to both FBA and FBM shipments?

Please guide me to the correct source page, that'd be appreciated.

This is a domestic shipment from US location.

I'm a little confused. Why do you need/want 3rd party billing information? Was there an issue with an inbound shipment? Or FBM delivery?
