Policy warning given for Inconsistent Child Variations
We have had a support case open with Amazon for months trying to get the product listed, we sell fireplaces (ASIN Example is B0CV4C51WH / B0CV4B7YYT) and on this appliance we should have the variation tree as follows:
Colour:
Black/Brass/Chrome
Size:
Blenheim With Spacer, Blenheim Without Spacer, Bauhaus With Spacer, Bauhaus Without Spacer
We submitted this but we got the error that Amazon holds different information for this product, despite it being a brand new addition and we are the brand owner and only seller on Amazon.
We have appealed this to Amazon support where we were then told that we need to amend the details on the file upload to match the amazon catalogue, we do this and now we have a violation for inconsistent child variations??
Tried to speak to the account health team but they are telling me that apparently I have uploaded the same item 12 times, which is incorrect as each item has its own SKU, colour and trim variant. Attempted to appeal but currently no luck.
Any advice?

Hello @Seller_s9KNnxjDTYNS4,
Here Simon from Amazon, happy to try to help.
I know it has been a while but I wanted to check if you were able to list the products.
If not, would you mind sharing the Case ID you opened with our Seller Support?
Best,
Simon
