Can a 'closed' brand approval case be re-opened/appealed?
I have been denied several times to sell STANLEY branded products. On my most recent attempt, I received an email stating that the case was closed and can no longer apply the traditional way (through my seller account product search/add button), and if I wanted to appeal this decision I was to respond to the email with new documentation. The email they used to send me that information does not accept incoming mail. I can now neither create an application on my seller account nor respond to the email with new documentation.
Is there any way to appeal this decision/provide new documents or is Amazon just going to make it impossible for me to appeal this decision?

First, do you authorization from Stanley to sell on Amazon (or as a 3rd party seller on a marketplace)? Second, do you have invoices from a legit source? Third, you would have to open a case through seller central if there is no more appeal button option.
