ASIN suddenly changed against my product

Hello,

hoping someonce can help here.

In a nutshell, one of my top selling products has had the ASIN changed to a completely different product from a Chinese seller. It is now showing their ASIN against my EAN, SKU and FNSKU. Amazon told me to delete and re-list the product to fix the error. This has made things considerably worse. I have 3k of stock in FBA warehouses against my proudct. They are now saying that my original ASIN does not exist.
I have contacted the other seller, and I don’t “think” that they have done anything they shouldn’t have. They are a company and I don’t see why they would need to as their proudct also sells well.
I’ve been on calls with Amazon associates, emails, you name it, and whilst the people I speak to do seem to get a handle on what is wrong, they then email another department and it all goes back to square one, as that department don’t understand (or feel like putting the effort into helping).

Anyone experienced this, or have any ideas? I have a lot of stock in our own warehouse and it’s all labelled to this particular FNSKU, so I don’t want to lose that. Obviously I really don’t want to lose my reviews either. A couple more things.

  1. I am the brand registered owner
  2. The other product is completely different, not even in the same ballpark.
  3. On speaking with the other seller, it seems the latest shipments of both products were sent into FBA around the same time
  4. I do not think this is a violation
  5. This has to date been forwarded to brand registry (no help), Seller team (no help) Catalogue team (haven’t got back to me and way beyond their time to do so).

Any help greatly appreciated
