On October 29, 2024, we’ll have an Ask Amazon event from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT with Veeqo’s CEO, who will answer your posted questions on UK Amazon Seller Forums.
Veeqo is our free multichannel shipping software that allows you to fulfill orders across multiple online stores. You can import your orders from multiple stores and manage them in one place. Veeqo connects with a number of different stores.
To post your questions, go to UK Amazon Seller Forums.
Note: We cannot provide legal advice or otherwise interpret regulatory requirements on situations that are specific to individual sellers.
Wouldn't this be better as a hosted event than a random post on the chat space?
When I signed up 18 months ago, I was told that the scan to pack future (barcode scanning to verify products going into the box), that did not work properly was on the product road map to be rewritten in the next few months. On my last enquirer I was told that you had given up on the scan to pack feature with no plans to make it work properly. In my opinion his feature is essential on a warehouse system, I am surprised that large companies use your software without it. It was a key component in the entry level products of both Linnworks and Mintsoft. Any chance it might be fixed? It would also be nice to have to give the packer “packaging instructions” for specific products. Exaple “Fragile item bubble wrap”, or “large letter use jiffy bag”.
Tried Veeqo a couple times but couldn't get it working how I wanted.
We currently use Linnworks, who charge the earth and desperately want to move over to Veeqo.
The only feature we need Veeqo to introduce to enable us to do this is 3D packaging which Linnworks has had for years. Essentially we input each products dimensions and weight when setting the items up in Linnworks inventory, and when items sell, Linnworks system automatically works out which size box the item(s) will fit into, and assigns that box type to the order and alters the postage type (Large letter, Small parcel etc) automatically and prints the correct Royal Mail label on the integrated invoice. (literally exactly the same way Amazon FCs do it).
With 200,000 orders a year across multiple platforms, I do not want my staff to have to manually assess what size and shape box/packaging type to use and then manually generate and print out a shipping label. Having spoken to Veeqo numerous times about this, we are told it's in the pipeline, and about various workarounds that do not offer a reliable enough solution, can anyone tell me if this is ever going to happen?
As a long time user of Veeqo including when it was a few hundred a month subscription I am a bit disappointed with the reduced tech support.
3 weeks in to a critical issue where we cannot take card payments and no update. Old Veeqo this would have been solved in a day.
Still, no CN23 is printed alongside the International shipping label (Royal Mail).
Why is that simple functionality so hard for Veeqo to implement? It has been standard on other platforms for years.
Maybe switch your focus from data harvesting and analytics to fix simple functionality.
What are the date for NOTHS and woocommerce? Would need both of those if we were to use Veeqo along side etsy, amazon and ebsy.
I have tried Veeqo to buy shipping with a linked RM account
There are two issues for me
1) When you are bulk buy shipping you have to set the weight and delivery service on each order. It would save so much time if you could just default all of the orders to have the same weight and service.
2) There is no functionality to produce a spreadsheet of orders, service and their weight before you confirm the manifest. This is needed when you use RM48 post to make sure you average weight hasn't gone into a higher pricing band. To be fair Amazon Buy Shipping is missing this crucial functionality as well.
Hello Sellers,
Thank you all for your interest in the Ask Amazon Veeqo event!
Together with Matt, we will be waiting for your questions on October 29.
Stay tuned,
Julia.

When will Veeqo integrate with Amazon Belgium?
