Need Help – New Seller Account Deactivated Due to Virtual Verification

Hello everyone,

I recently created a new seller account on Amazon. My account had no listings, no orders, and no reviews—it was completely new. However, my account was deactivated, and the reason given was:

“After reviewing the information from your virtual identity verification, we believe or our controls identify that your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. As a result, your account will not be reactivated."

The deactivation was due to virtual verification. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for the video call and got confused during the process. Since then, I have submitted multiple appeals requesting another chance for virtual verification to prove my identity, as I am a verified and legitimate seller.

I need guidance on how to reactivate my account. Has anyone faced a similar issue? What steps should I take to convince Amazon to give me another chance for virtual verification?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

If you can't make it through an interview without to get "confused" while providing YOUR information and documents....then you wouldn't have lasted here 4 weeks anyways. Be glad you didn't have any money invested yet, for many this is a costly gamble. That being said, there are no second chances for this on Amazon
