need help with first order shipping

Since you are brand new, PLEASE STOP and don't do anything until you search the Forum for all the suspensions that have resulted from using Ali$##$%%%.

They are well known for supplying counterfeit items and things that are in violation of IP laws.

If you insist on rolling the dice and taking chances with your account have your first several shipments sent to YOU and NOT directly to Amazon.

You will want to inspect the shipment carefully to be 100% certain they sent you what you ordered.

Did you receive the correct quantity?

Is it the correct quality?

Is it labeled properly?

Is there any damage?

ONLY after you have dealt with the supplier for some time and know that you can trust them do you have them ship directly to Amazon. If you ship direct at first, you have NO recourse if something is wrong!

There has also been at least one report where a suspended seller was told that Amazon was no longer accepting Ali$$#@#$$ shipments. There are MANY reports where Amazon does not accept their invoices!

I'm waiting for a MOD to say whether the report of not accepting shipments is correct or not, but it has not been addressed for several months!

Do your due diligence and study the Forum for all the issues BEFORE you risk your account.
