change residential and business address

first of all i created a case id before also with amazon to change my residenital address and business address i already change my business address and i cant edit my residential address which i was written it mistakenly ,

even i apologize also for my mistake due to my residential address my bank statement cant be accepted any one who got this problem and hoe they solve this problem
