Product Title will not change when updated in seller central
Hi
When I change the title of my product via the ‘edit’ button the change is not reflective in Amazon catalogue.
To note I have 1 ASIN with 2 SKUs and this happens with both!
I have deleted and relisted the products many times and this has not worked.
I have contacted amazon via the case logs several times and they copy/paste the same things ‘delete/relist the products’ and 'use the ‘add product via upload’ feature

Sometimes you can’t change the product title once it has been set up. If the product title was set up by another seller then you can sometimes change it but more often than not you can’t.
If the product title was set up by yourself originally you can often change but even then Amazon sometimes blocks you from changing it.
If your change isn’t reflected you will have to raise a case with Seller Support asking them to change it. They may or may not do this. They may require you to send real world images of the product and provide links to the manufacturers website to ensure the change is valid.

Thanks - I assume this also the case with the bulletpoint descriptions? As these won’t update either.
