Account suspended: "We found that your account is related to an account that may not be used to sell on our site"

I'm new into Amazon and struggling to find the right way to fix this issue. I have no idea what is wrong neither what should I send back to get my account reactivated. Any guidance on what to do?

Did you open an account years ago ?

Have you ever used a virtual assistant?

Have you allowed any other party access to your account?

Hello @Skin_Repair_Shop

Atlas from Amazon here! I understand that your account has been suspended.

I'm new into Amazon and struggling to find the right way to fix this issue. I have no idea what is wrong neither what should I send back to get my account reactivated.

When your account was suspended, you should have received a performance notification that includes the details regarding the other account. I would go ahead and consider the questions from @bookwormapril as those can be some of the more common ways that accounts end up associated.

Did you recognize the name of the other account? If you recognize the account and are related to it, you will need to take steps to reactivate that account to get your account reactivated. Once the associated account is reactivated, you can submit an explanation on your account including the time and date that the associated account was reactivated.

If you are not associated or do not have any affiliation, you will need to provide evidence of this. The explanation will need to include the ways in which you became associated and provide sufficient information showing that you are no longer related. In the event that you may have previously been associated, you will again need to provide documentation or a sufficient explanation that can show you are no longer associated. For more information on addressing a multiple accounts violation, check out this page here.

If you have any additional questions, please refer back here so we may provide guidance.

Your friend,

Atlas
