Read onlyA customer of mine ordered a pair of curtains, and opened to return as she ordered the wrong size. We got the return today, but she has only returned on one the curtains ! Half a pair !! Amazon had already refunded the customer... so where do I stand and what can I do ?? Ive tried reaching out to the customer but had no reply...
Safe T claim is your best bet under the order tab, we've had one of these today. Just make sure you've got plenty of evidence.
The customers window was probably small enough that they only needed one curtain!
Hello!!
As mentioned by your peer sellers, Safe T Claims is the strongest option for this situation.

good luck with the Safe-T process.
Buyer returned items that they did not buy from us. They paid nearly £20 for the items.
Opened a Safe-T case and was refunded £1.22!
No idea how Amazon calculated that.
I had a return recently on a new/sealed cd box set. The customer switched the cds in side for faulty/damaged discs and returned to me, received instant full refund of course. Opened a "Safe-T" claim and got refunded half the order amount. They should be called "Unsafe-T" claims - Amazon supports and encourages this type of fraud as is well known by all sellers. Like the other seller on this thread, considering I have provided all evidence including photos of the damaged discs I received, I see no rationale for refunding me only 50% other than it entitles Amazon to keep 50% -a good deal for them, less so for me as fraud victim (defrauded by both buyer and Amazon).
