Identity Verification problem
Dear Amazon Support Team,
I am faced with seller identity verification issue, I have successfully completed virtual identity verification on video call and I have shown all the required document on that call, and I got identity verification. Also received mail and notification for successful completion
Amazon has also charged us their fee of $39.99, but is still having issues with identity verification.
The status on the seller identity Verification page shows: Declined
I have already uploaded my passport data and my bank statements several times. But Amazon rejects everything. Help solve the problem.

Are you still experiencing issues here? It sounds like you were shown you were verified, but now it is still showing declined on your side? Have you had a chance to open a case up with Seller Support so that they can look into this further for you? If you have not, that would be the next best step here by following the hyperlink above.
