help, Product and Food Safety Violations

On 22th May, my listing was suddenly removed and said that my product violated product and food safety. I don't know what went wrong. we read the related policy carefully and we believe that our product don't have that risk. Contact customer service and send the battery testing report ,Six-sided diagram.

But I received a reply from customer service “it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product.”

Why is this? Please tell me.

Sounds like this might be a battery issue. Lithium batteries have killed and maimed people, burned down houses and businesses, and even taken down planes. YOU need to prove to them the batteries in the product are safe, and don't pull any fast ones like have well made batteries tested and put crap in the actual selling product. You could use a UL certification which they pay attention to at Amazon. UL isn't a guarantee it won't explode, but it goes a long way. You have to prove your product is SAFE to own and use. If you don't do that, your questionable listings will be pulled and I don;t blame them.

Hi there @Seller_YFn5nWI4Tixkw,

I'm sorry you have had issues with your product. I suspect that @Seller_n1mh65Ij2NT7L is correct and something is happening regarding regulations and requirements for battery products. I'm looking into escalation options internally. If you provide your most recent Case I can investigate but I can't guarantee the ASIN will be eligible for reinstatement. Thank you for your understanding.
